Specification and model Product characteristics Use to SY-R2002 Phosphate ester mixture,light yellow to brown transparent liquid, additive chlorinated phosphate flame retardant, with good stability,low odor, low volatile matter, low atomization and other advantages.As the flame retardant of polyurethane foam, after addition, compared with the traditional flame retardant, the odor of polyurethane soft foam(German Volkswagen PV3900 standard test)is reduced, and the volatile content of polyurethane soft foam (Germany,VDA277,VDA278 test)is reduced.The yellow core problem in the production of polyurethane products is alleviated. The product is suitable for adding to polyether and polyester polyurethane foam, and the process flow of flame compounding is applied to the product.After WSFR-R2002 is added, polyurethane foam can meet the following flame retardant standards:
→USA: California TB117, UL 94 HF-1, FWVSS 302;→ UK: BS 5852 Crib 5
→Germany: Automotive DlN 75200;
→ Italy
SY-R2018 Halogenated phosphate ester mixture is an additive chlorinated phosphate ester flame retardant, suitable for winter use, with good stability, low odor, low atomization and other advantages.As the flame retardant of polyurethane foam, the odor of polyurethane soft foam is reduced and the volatile content of polyurethane soft foam(Germany: VDA277/VDA278 standard test) is reduced compared with the traditional flame retardant. The product is suitable for adding to polyether and polyester polyurethane foam, epoxy resin,phenolic resin and various fiber materials. After WSFR-R2018 is added,polyurethane foam can meet the following flame retardant standards:

→ UK: BS 5852 Crib 5
→>Germany: Automotive DIN 75200;→ Italy: CSE RF 4 Class 1
